Description: The lads talk gyms, shopping, badminton, Iranian wrestling, fun runs and horse riding. They also discuss male grooming products, shampoo, body hair and there's a shock revelation when Tony admits to removing body hair from his lodger as a special favour. Then there's the etiquette of sending greetings cards to family members. Plus Peter Horne on the positive benefits of exercise.

The boys chat to AFC Bournemouth Chaplain, Andy 'The Cat' Rimmer, Cherries midfielder, Junior Stanislas, plus life-coach Peter Horne and Steve pops over to Holland to chat to former US Special Forces Major, Dave Hearn. It's all about running the race and finishing well.
